- EMEthan MaySep 20, 20262.0I have been here multiple times and the service is always good but it takes like 90 years to get the food delivered to your table. Even when the restaurant is slow too. Very disappointing will not be coming back
- MMMoski MoskiSep 19, 20265.0Good place for dinner
- DDdrethegr8Sep 15, 20265.0We placed a curbside order via the app. That was very easy to use. I jokingly put a "bday girl" note on my wife's entree. The Outback team took that as an opportunity to surprise her with a birthday card & a gift. Small gestures make such a big impact! Many thanks to all!
- AVAlbert vennSep 15, 20265.0Olivia was our waitress, & she was absolutely awesome!! The wood was okay, I feel Outback has gone dwn hill with their food. The salmon was great, but others within the party did have good reviews with their choices. Although the atmosphere was as usual in any Outback, we had water dripping on us from condensation. The management did comp our appetizers & a couple meals due the the condensation & some meats not being done as requested, so I thought that great. Again, Olivia was great to us, big shout out to her!!
- MVMichelle VarnerAug 15, 20265.0Wow! Surprisingly awesome experience at Outback Middletown. Promptly greeted and sat with immediate service from over-the-top bartender Luis who went above and beyond to deliver impeccable drink service. Love him! Prompt food delivery with perfectly cooked steaks and sides. Lovely visit from manager Alicia who asked about our meal and told us about the 6pm Aussi chant (very fun!) From start to finish this was THE BEST chain experience in Middletown.
