  My girlfriend and I went there for lunch this past Saturday. This place isn't bad. The food is decent but is a bit pricey. I got myself a cheesesteak meal, and she had a burger meal. I also bought her mom lunch too because she was feeling under the weather. I paid nearly $60 for the entire order which I was already prepared for, although it's quite pricey for the area; but that's the economy we live in. I didn't have too much issue with the price until I asked the girl up fron for side sauces. She was honest, and told me there was a charge. I was told they were $1 each but when they were rung up they were actually $1.50 each. Whats worse, these were not full size ramekins, but half size ramekins. Not to mention, I gave them the extra 50 cents as an added tip. I basically paid an extra 5 dollars for 3 ounces of sauce that tasted like mayo amd Sriracha sauce. Even my girlfriend was shocked by the price and that I paid for it in cash!. To avoid making a scene I just paid, took the sauces, and left. We were shocked by the level of nickle and diming that just took place and it really dulled the experience for both of us. The portions of fries are already not very large, and neither were the burgers or the cheesesteak given the price for the area. For a larger cheesesteak at comparable price you could go to Capriottis. For a smash burger of better quality at decent price, you could go to Wayback. I've gone there at least once a month since June of 2024 and the prices have only gone up with the quality and portions not improving. And who charges $1.50 for an ounce of sauce!? That's like charging for ketchup!. I used to be a loyal customer, but after that experience, I dont see myself spending money to get lunch for my girlfriend and I anymore. I'm really disappointed after enjoying this place for so long and this truly has left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended).

  The food was so bad I called them and told them that my sandwich was wet and soggy the bread was completely wet I only work 4 mins away from this location and the man on the phone said because it’s raining outside it always make the bread soggy inside the store. Which in return means something is very wrong with this location and the food and I will not be ordering from There anymore nor will any of my coworkers and colleagues

  First time here but saw many great reviews and we were nearby at the Peach Festival. Ordered the West Philly Cheesesteak with the Seeded Bun to split with my wife and a Big Fry. Decided to dine in. Order came hot and super delicious. Cheesesteak was very tender and delicious. Great bun and sauce and crispy onions. Fries were done perfect and crispy. Our Server was Khloey W who was very friendly and helpful. All the staff seemed very friendly. Saw many people picking up orders while there. Left very full and satisfied.

  I ordered one cheesesteak sub with the sautéed onions and provolone cheese. The sandwich was ready at the time specified. The seeded sub roll was fresh and delicious. (Semolina?) Although since it was wrapped up, it did soften and I like mine a little firmer, but that’s because I didn’t eat in. The meat was decent & could’ve used a little bit more seasoning. For the most part, the meat was tender, very little gristle. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

  Cheesesteak ($17.95) - Ordered seeded with fried onions, ketchup and mayo. Cheesesteak was packed with meat and cheese. The bite through on the roll was a on the tougher side. Roll felt more like a steak roll rather than a hoagie roll. Personal preference on it. Ochinili's Burger Single ($9) - Overall burger was on the bland side, only flavor is the Ochinili's sauce that comes in it. Smashed patty isn't really your classic smashed patty, just a regular burger. Didn't have the crust from the mailard reaction or seasoning. Personal opinion - Not worth $9, maybe $5 or $6 because of the shoestring and their special sauce. Boneless Bites ($9) - Ordered naked. You get a few pieces, roughly 1/2 lb as they stated on their menu. It is your typical frozen chicken nuggets. Big Fry ($8) - Typical frozen french fries. Seasoned well and the oil is clean. Overall food is 3 stars but they are a cheesesteak restaurant and mainly focuses on that so we are rating it based off the cheesesteak. 4 stars for their cheesesteak. Personal opinion, a softer crust for a better bite through would make the cheesesteak better. Who knows, we might've gotten a bad roll that day.
