  Waited to receive a text that my food was ready and even killed time in Target. I eventually went in and the food was on the stand ready for pick up. I am now sitting here at 7:27pm, after ordering at 6:12pm and I just received a message that my food might be ready. Keep in mind that I picked it up 40 minutes ago.People rely on the notifications, so please work on this. Also, people will ask questions. The lead person/ manager seemed annoyed that I didn't see the cup lids when I asked where they were. No rush to get back but overall it was OK.

  I used to love this restaurant! I was so excited to go to the new location in Middletown…. However a lot has changed. I did not appreciate being bombarded with personal questions as soon as i used the order screens, i do not understand why you must know my phone number and email address along with other personal information to purchase a rice bowl and some fruit. I understand you can bypass the questions but the button was small and at the bottom of the screen extremely unnoticeable. And they still forgot my garlic sauce after i gave them a tip. I will not be returning along with my family.

  Absolutely LOVE this establishment. They recommend ONLINE ORDERING and it is flawless.This is pretty new and being a Vegan, I am SO HAPPY I FOUND them New to Deleware, I'm from NY. Food is great, people are friendly, order is always ready when I get there to pick up. We do not eat fast food but this is not fast food, It's real good on the go. 10 stars to the people that work there, It's a big selection. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE HEALTH CONSCIOUS OR JUST WANT A GREAT MEAL.

  I always have a great experience at Honeygrow, but Zell truly made my visit stand out today. Yesterday, I placed an online order with my usual egg noodles, turkey meatballs, sweet soy garlic sauce, carrots, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs but I ended up receiving the wrong sauce. Even though it wasn’t what I originally ordered, I have to say… it turned out to be a happy accident because the meal was still absolutely delicious! The sauce was so good that I couldn’t even be upset I just didn’t know what it was. I came back in today hoping to figure it out, and that’s when Zell stepped in and completely elevated my experience. I explained what happened, and without hesitation, he took the time to let me sample multiple sauces until I found the exact one I had yesterday. That level of patience and willingness to help really meant a lot. He didn’t rush me, and he made sure I left satisfied and happy. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine and attentive. Zell went above and beyond, and it made a lasting impression on me. Moments like this are exactly why I keep coming back not just for the food, which is always fresh and flavorful, but for the people who truly care about the customer experience. Highly recommend this new location, and shoutout to Zell for making my day!
