  3 stars because first 3 times were cool. Everything good. Now, last 2 times, customer service is a negative. Ice cream not hard, melting, wasn't even hot when I went. 1 young lady had a male friend there with her. Told us to leave out while she take her break. She had to lock the door. Not let me service these 2 customers and then take break..no...very rude. Lost me a customer. Not worth my hard earned money. Get some mature, respectful people to help run your establishment.

  It’s Monday, July 20th 2026 and the young adult who is working told me she was about to go on break and me to leave the store. Meanwhile her boyfriend remained in the store with her. Shortly after a Caucasian individual came and she served him as I sat outside waiting for her break to end. All this occurred 30 minutes before a scheduled 9pm closing. As I continued to wait her and her boyfriend was sitting like they was having date night. Whoever this young employed person was also lied to me and said someone will be here shot to relieve her. Of course I sat for a while to determine if this person would show. I wish there was another outlet for people to voice their concerns. Such as number to a manager at the very least. This young lady should not be in a customer service position unsupervised. Very disappointed in how she told me I have to leave and couldn’t serve me after I had been in the store while she served someone else. I had a terrible experience sitting outside waiting while she entertained her boyfriend. They need to schedule at least two people to accommodate people who simply want to be served. Location of this incident is the Middletown, DE. on Main Street. Ethics and customer service needs to be taught to this employee or she shouldn’t be in such a position.

  Recently ordered 4 items for delivery and EVERYTHING melted. This new work crew in 2026 is just awful and lacking proper phone etiquette when you call. They hang-up on you, give you half filled cups, deliver your items without the insulated bags. Cannot articulate themselves when you speak to them. Just sucks this is our young workforce nowadays.

  I came inside to see 2 wonderful ladies.They Greeted us and were so warming and welcoming! Not a lot of people came here but it's probably because they have a whole Latta competition considering Pithari being next door and they're amazing! But I mean I'll give them 5 stars I guess because I feel bad 5/5
