Honestly, this place is so underrated, and I don't get why it has so many bad reviews. Every time I come here, the food is always great. There is nothing better than that temperature contrast they manage to hit every single time. The rice is always warm, and the sour cream is nice and cool. But what really sets this store apart is the staff and the vibe. One time, my friend really wanted guacamole but was too nervous to ask for it, and the staff just gave us some for free! Another time, they flat out just told my friend and I to grab whatever drinks we wanted from the fountain machine. The layout of the store is also interesting. It’s just different from typical locations in a way that makes it feel unique and spacious.

I was actually pretty excited that this location had opened. There's not a lot of places to eat in this part of Middletown without driving all the way out several miles. I've been eating Chipotle for the last 20 years, and I've never experienced this level of food quality and improper planning of the food ingredients. Ingredients. For example, on multiple occasions this store has a tendency to run out of items. Sometimes, it's tolerable, but other times it truly does impact the flavor and enjoyment of the meal. Meal. The staff seems very nice, and I've never had to deal with a rude employee. It's just that they always look like they're not prepared for what the day has in store. Whoever is ordering the ingredients and having things made is not thinking ahead. I understand this place is fairly new, and I am trying to give it some grace due to the initial growing pains. However, they charge just as much as every other Chipotle, and if anything they have made me not want to order from them. In some ways. I guess they have saved me money!

always nasty insides, they close about three hours early… expect the employees to have seats on tables, You can order inside, just don’t expect to sit down. Employer has obvious discrimination based on the color of skin. I started consistently receiving very hard impossible to eat “chunks” in my food, and that was about when I stopped coming. Not sure at all where corporate is at… try any Chipotle in 100mi within the last few years and they will be equally disgusting, staffed by people who care, and disappointing in food quality you expect.

i don’t even know where to begin i’ve been here a total of 25 times this month and every time i come it’s something i had came a week ago and something was missing in my pickup order so i told the lady with pink hair and she was so nasty and rude she rolled her eyes and was very dismissive. i also came into place an order and while i was ordering a lightskin man came up behind the person making my food and was talking about farting that’s not something you wanna hear when you’re about to eat, that is beyond childish and so nasty also everytime i come there is no fajita veggies and for someone on a weight loss journey i need my veggies! the customer service really depends on the person, i’m not sure what they have going on here but i also heard and saw that they have roaches! i saw a worker scraping a roach off the grill and put chicken on it! i think thats the double protein they are talking about and dont even get me started on the mountains of dishes i always see when i come here i guess they’ve never heard of cleaning but with all that said i will not be returning fur atleast three days!

My recent visit to the Chipotle restaurant at 520 Ernst Way in Middletown, Delaware, was disappointing from both a customer service and food presentation standpoint. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the staff appeared disengaged, unmotivated, and unhappy. Their demeanor immediately created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Customer-facing employees should set a positive tone for the dining experience, but in this case, there was little to no interaction, enthusiasm, or sense of hospitality. The food service area also raised concerns. Several ingredient containers appeared half-empty and the serving trays did not look clean or freshly maintained. Whether due to the depth of the containers or inadequate upkeep, the overall presentation gave the impression that the food line had not been properly refreshed, which diminished confidence in the quality and freshness of the food. Additionally, the employee preparing my order operated in a purely mechanical manner, with virtually no customer acknowledgment, or interaction would have significantly improved the experience. To make matters worse, I was charged for guacamole that I never received. While mistakes can happen, this error further reinforced my impression that attention to detail and customer care were lacking. Overall, this location appears to have issues with employee engagement, training, supervision, or all three. The experience left me feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Chipotle's reputation is built on fresh food and quality service, and unfortunately, this visit fell well below those expectations. Oscar at Bayberry community.
