    Very bad food quality and customer service. The chicken is always dry, and almost every time we order through the online app, the order is messed up. The lady handling the digital pickup counter consistently makes mistakes with our orders. This time again, ingredients were added that we never asked for. We specifically did not request corn or cheese, yet both were included in the order. Photo attached for reference. Every single time we order, something is wrong. On my last visit, the dressing had already spilled all over inside the bag before it was handed to us. The employee clearly saw the mess but didn’t even have the courtesy to replace the bag or clean it up. The dressing leaked into my car, left a strong smell, and spilled onto the seat. The service is outrageous, and the lack of attention to quality and customer care is extremely disappointing.

    This location is filthy. The food is five minutes away from growing food-borne illness, and the staff openly sits around on their phones, cursing at one another like a high school cafeteria. Not to mention dirty pots and cooking utensils are scattered across the back counter, where staff is placing their phones and sitting. This location open not only six months ago and it’s already a train wreck.

    Small portions with food all over the serving counter. The bowl was not full compared to other Chipotle I have been to. Tables were not wiped down. The kitchen floor was full food and dirty. Not going back to this place again. Headquarters should pay a visit to this location and improve the condition. This is a new location that opened recently. Very disappointed.

    Ordered via DoorDash. My bowl did not have any meat whatsoever. I ordered a carnitas bowl but it was just the other ingredients. Didn’t even get the chance for a substitute meat choice. Also the chips we received were stale.

    I genuinely have no idea how it’s possible to be worse than the other Middletown location but this place has done it. Dicks last resort has a more friendly and inviting staff.
