- AMAshley Marie5 days ago1.0Every time I come here to pick up an online order they are rude and your lucky if they acknowledge you at the window within a 5 min period. When they do come to the window they are rude , constantly running out of something or treating you like your an inconvenience for showing up to pick up your food. My last experience an employee came to the takeout window with a mouth full of food asking me what drink I wanted with my order. I don't know how this place is this bad when it's so new to the area. A better management team is needed cause I'm not convinced they have one at all .

They weren't a little overcooked they were completely charred and tasted like ash. It ruined the whole bowl. I don't understand how someone looked at those veggies and thought, "Yeah, let's serve these." If they're that burnt, throw them away and make more instead of giving them to a customer Definetly do not ever come to this chipotle!
