  Jen is too good at her job. That's right, too talented. She's just so cool that you want to stay longer just to be around her, and she does everything fast without you realizing it. We should've split. That was a lot of food! Fried pickles + tacos with brisket. Could not finish. But how can y'all *not* have sweet tea?? You know the gun doesn't count. I bet you make good sweet tea at home because you make dang good cornbread at work. Guess I'm being selfish and ungrateful for all the great things you do. Thank you for such a good afternoon. Be back soon!

  Our waitress Viktoria was wonderful! The staff is all amazing as well as the food. Live music, multiple bars, clean and awesome energy in this place ! Highly recommend. We got the pork belly tacos and 3 smoked meats with Mac and cheese (so good) with garlic mash. Carolina Chopped pork and beef brisket was delicious and my husband loved the half chicken with the mustard sauce 🤤

  Pic I attached does these baby back ribs too much justice. Picked them up on mother's day- carry out order. They didn't look great when I took a peek in the car on the way home, but no problem, I figured they're def awesome regardless. I got home, opened them- they were still hot. But ZERO flavor outside of the sauce they slathered on top of the ribs AFTER the ribs had already been cooked. I have baked/smoked/grilled/braised, MANY ribs over my lifetime. These came off the bone nicely, but i have never had tasteless ribs like these. Maybe it was someone's first day back there. No smoke flavor, no saltiness, nothing- just plain pork, which is usually still good all by itself with just some salt which these also did not seem to have any of. Big eater here, and this pic is after my 3rd time eating them because they are a chore to get down the hatch

  The pretzel wasn’t the best. We got a three meat barbecue platter that was dry and flavorless. The mashed potatoes were literally hard and old. My bf and I each got one drink & I’m all for a strong drink, but these were jet fuel. Holy cow

  This is our third time going to Bethany blues and our very first time was just fine, good burger and fries but the last two times we went for dinner and this will be the last time unless things change in the kitchen. The Service was wonderful from our server, Gabby, as well as the Manager, unfortunately I forgot her name. Our food overall was not good, under seasoned and seemed like right out of a can or box. The cheesy cream corn was disgusting, the ribs were not good at all and the piece of cake that we thought we triy because it sounded amazing was hands-down the worst piece of cake we've ever had in our life. Dry, hard and flavorless. This was the bourbon pecan cake The only thing that was good was the cornbread they served at the beginning that was warm soft and fresh with a soft butter, that's it In our opinion, this is not good barbecue at all unfortunately and for the money you spend to dine out now along with gratuity is just unacceptable Bland and underwhelming unfortunately
