  I am not one to complain, but I had the worst experience at this Papa John’s on 8.15.26. I will keep it simple, but there was a mix-up with what I thought I was ordering online versus the ticket the location received. I ordered half sausage and extra cheese. When I went to pick up the pizza the label said cheese and pepperoni. I protested, but looked at my receipt and it said cheese, cheese- not even a mention of pepperoni. I accepted the pizza because I couldn’t prove otherwise. When I got home I opened the pizza and it did not have the pepperoni or the extra cheese and it looked like it had been sitting around for a while before I picked it up. It was dried out and nasty. I called the location to let them know and request to return the pizza and get my money back. The manager on duty refused and so I said I would bring the pizza back. I flat out was really upset and didn’t want it. When I came to the location, I asked to speak with the manager and was told the assistant manager was on the phone, but the regular manager would be available the next day. The attitude from the employees was total indifference to my situation which compounded my frustration. I opened the pizza box for the gentleman behind the counter and asked, at the very least, that he could tell me it didn’t look like I had even been given extra cheese. He said it looked like it had extra cheese, but you can look at the picture and judge for yourself. Between the order mix-up(which was not the fault of the location), the hardened nasty old pizza, the lack of cheese, and the total disinterest and indifference to my concerns, I would NEVER go back to this location. I’m wondering if I’m the last one to know as there were no customers there on a Saturday and they had very few orders waiting for pick-up.

  Take out the worst pizza ever very little cheese no sauce few pepper and onion the large look like medium NEVER WORTH 25.00 FOR 1 NASTY small PIZZA Don't buy nothing!!!!!!

  I’ve been going to this Papa John’s for almost 20 years. I look back at this place with (at least what used to be) very fond memories. Even though I haven’t been back in 2 years, I ordered with confidence knowing I was going to get a half decent pizza. Instead, what I received was the most bogus pizza of all time. The toppings were splattered unevenly on the pie as if a 5th grader assembled the pizza. Barely any tomato sauce on the pie either. It just tasted bad overall. For $20 I expect at least a half decent pie. You’d have to pay me $20 to eat this again. Sad to see what was once a respectable Papa John’s go downhill like this.

  Dry pizza with no sauce, super dry. Crust was super dry. Pizza wasn't cut properly. Worst papa John's experience! Also there were tons of flies inside, really gross.
