- TPTrupti PatelJan 12, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. This is my second, and worse, Papa John’s experience. I asked for well done (meaning cooked crust) pizza and what I got was a BURNT pizza. When I called to see if they could take it back and make me a new one, the store manager said, “oh, ya. If you can bring it back, I can check and see if it’s burnt. If it is, I will then make you a new one.” I was so upset that I hung up. I called back because I missed his name and the associate that picked up the phone- whose name was DJ - said, “I can give you my name but I cannot give you the managers name. I’M NOT ALLOWED TO.” Really? What business associate is not allowed to connect a customer to the manager? This is the last time ANY papa John’s gets my business! I sincerely hope that they are on their way to saying “All locations closing soon” Bad location Worse service
