- LJLouis JonesJun 27, 20261.0My husband & I have been coming to this location several times a week for many years and have always enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately here recently we’re so overly disappointed in the service and the behavior of 1 young lady, that we will not be returning. I believe the young lady is only there during the week days as that’s only when we’ve seen her (I believe she said she’s the store manager) she is often unpleasant towards customers, but mainly and very often towards the other employees. I’ve witnessed her several times scream at and berate the staff in front of customers, she often looks annoyed when people come in the store. Today is what really caused us to make the decision to not return, we had just pulled up to order our food when she came flying in the parking spot next to us then angrily got out of her car and stormed into the store and as soon as she walked up to a gentleman at the register she immediately began to scream at him, I was about to walk in but just let the door close turned around and we left. I feel this is completely rude and unacceptable behavior especially from a manager. I’m In such disbelief that your company is ok with a manager behaving in this manner.

I ordered ahead a Wisconsin 6 cheese, added chicken, bell pepper, and spinach. Get there to pickup and they forgot all my toppings. Cool, I’ll wait for you to remake it that’s fine. The entire time there is one guy working in the back while the other worker stands up front talking to a buddy about mma, and working out, spontaneously drops to the ground to do pushups and then lunges throughout the store. The worst part is, after all this I get home and they STILL forgot the chicken on my pizza. I’m pregnant and after a long day of working as a waitress, I just wanted my pizza but instead I waited twice for the wrong pizza and got way too much info on the workers fitness routine and lack of leg days.
