- ECelizabeth coward3 days ago3.0I went through the drive thru . I get a three piece chicken strip meal . The Iced tea had no ice in it and then no ketchup for the fries . I would have went back but was already quite a ways down the road. I called and told them about the ice missing and the person who answered the phone said no one brought an iced tea in the last five minutes . I was like I just did . I was on my way home so just put ice in what was left when I got home that’s when I found no ketchup for the fries . I used my house ketchup. Glad I wasn’t on the road but going home .
- CHChris HanelineMay 12, 20261.0I gave the food to stars because I know dairy Queen food is pretty good but I've yet to get any from this location you wait so long for everything and then they mess up at least one if not five things in your order me and my wife went in there Saturday we stood there for 10 minutes nobody said a word to us walk next door to Arby's we had our food and back out to the car and the people coming out yelled over to us that didn't take long over there they were standing there when we got there still never got any food. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life and it's every time I've been there which this is the third I was there on the opening day and expected chaos stuck it out got the food it was okay second time I left third time I left we will NOT be going back. I grew up in Camden Delaware there's been a dairy Queen there forever never in my life did I have any problems there this place in Harrington has been nothing but problems.
- JCJustin CarterApr 15, 20265.0Really great customer service! The girl made sure my fries were fresh, made sure to give me cup carriers for the drinks and sundaes and even helped me carry everything out to the car. Really polite too. I wish I got her name because she deserves the recognition. :)
