Our meal was spread out very well. We had sufficient time to enjoy our appetizer, then our salad before the entree arrived. Should be that way everytime at every restaurant

Ordered pick up on Mother's Day. I was told to mail would be ready at 4:05 I pulled up at 4:00 and they brought it to my truck at 4:05. So time management was impressive. Now let's get to the food I ordered three steaks three different ways in three different types all cook differently. So we also had side salad sweet potato baked potato and french onion soup. We had a side of three cheese blend artichoke dip with chips as well as the blooming onion. This location nailed everything. Being that there were three different steaks each one was cooked as we asked. Absolutely delicious. I live in New Castle my parents live in Smyrna so I drove to the Dover location then back to Smyrna and the food was still piping hot. Thank you for your attention to detail to making my mother feel extra special on Mother's Day. One last thing is if you don't feel like eating in the restaurant they're takeout is five star that I feel like I have two young kids that take out sometimes it's the way to go depending on their behavior hahaha

I have ordered the Seared Peppered Ahi Tuna as carry out a few times in the past while I was at work and stopped because it’s usually always very rare and typically raw with no visible sear marks. My friend and I chose to dine in so I thought great I can just ask them to cook it medium rare when I order. So the waiter, who was very professional, took the order and must have asked the manager when he went to the back. The manager came to explain to me that it’s typically prepped in the morning so it’s already done and that ahi tuna is supposed to be raw in the middle. Yes I am aware because I do order ahi tuna in other places. I explained it’s typically very raw with no sear lines, when I’ve ordered it in the past online, so I thought to ask since I was dining in tonight, but that’s fine just make it like you normally would and I’ll take it home. She leaves and comes back with a slice of the tuna to show me. The slice she brought was very raw and showed hardly any sear. So I opened my phone to explain this is what I had in mind. I was corrected and it was stated that the Google Photos were overcooked and it’s not the same dish. I just wanted the tuna cooked as it’s pictured in the photo that is on your website. Pretty sure if someone has a preferred cook on their steak they don’t get “educated” like I was about wanting a sear on my Seared Peppered Ahi*. I attached a photo of the salad as it was brought to me of how it’s normally done along with the picture of the advertised dish online and googled photos to visually show my confusion. I will not order from here anymore since I cannot even ask for a preferred cook.

It feels like they go out of their way to not care about to-go orders. Every time we’ve ordered here I am disappointed because something is always forgotten or the food is put together so poorly. The one time we dined in it was great but ordering the food to-go is not worth it. I’ve received skimp salads with wilted lettuce; baked sweet potatoes with zero toppings; baked potatoes with the wrong toppings I couldn’t eat; sandwiches with a laughably small amount of sauce and hacked tomatoes, broccoli that was burnt some sort of way or left to wilt before cooking, and items that just had their instructions completely ignored. It’s just annoying.
