  Great place to sit and eat but the customer service is horrendous. If they remove the one lady taking orders and replace her with a more nicer person that greets the customer's, it'll be a 5 star place

  I love Italian food for those who can't figure it out but this place is slim and the food is excellent nice atmosphere good music not your Line dancing be ready to shake that booty great place great atmosphere Enjoy like I said food is excellent great service have a good time

  We walked in on a weekday about 3:15 and the place was empty which was fine. However, there was a person behind the bar cleaning up , wiping the counter down or something but never acknowledged us. Finally when she did she didn’t smile nor said hello or welcome. She grabbed the menus and proceeded to walk us to the closest table to the bar and I asked her if we can sit at a booth because I have a back issue. Well she looked like she didn’t like that but proceeded to take us to a booth in the back. After seeing her actions and delay of coming to us we were contemplating on leaving as we were looking over the menu because she didn’t smile nor was friendly. It was like we messed up her flow of cleaning or no customer hour time or something. Anyway she finally returned and we ordered appetizers because we were still unsure of what we wanted so she put the apps in and returned with water. We asked her what are the La boulevard cheesesteaks on the menu and she said we don’t have cheesesteak. We showed her it on the menu so she said not today we don’t have it. So we was still unsure and then she asked if we would like to see the happy hour menu. We said sure, she brings it back and we proceeded to order from there then she says we can’t order from there because it’s not 4:00 yet. So why did you give us the menu then it was 3:38 by then. So we ordered food which was good and then we tried to get her attention this was at 4:07 because we decided to get the $3 shots. She puts her two fingers up twice to say we got 2 mins more before we can order. What? First of all it was 4:07 and 2nd of all you never looked at the time and 3rd of all how rude to your customers of putting 2 fingers up instead of walking over to say we got 2 more minutes (even though you didn’t) if you did you would really make your customers wait 2 mins. Another thing her being the bartender/waitress she had very little knowledge of what name brand liquor she had behind the counter. She tried to lighten up the mood at the end which seem very hard for her to do but it was to late by then.
