- JEjason edAug 6, 20261.0I visited this location's drive-thru today (08/06/2026) and was met with completely unacceptable service and product quality. Because I do not frequent coffee shops often, I politely asked for a moment to review the menu. Despite there being absolutely no other cars in line behind me at the time, the employee rudely interrupted me less than 20 seconds later with a highly impatient and sarcastic tone, asking, "Is there something I could help you find?"Due to this hostile attitude, I decided to leave the drive-thru and order inside. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism carried over to how the food was prepared. I ordered three donuts, including two Boston Creams. Instead of using standard wax paper to protect the pastries, the staff carelessly pressed paper napkins directly onto the wet icing. By the time I went to eat them, the napkins were completely fused to the donuts, peeling off all the icing and rendering them unappealing and ruined.The blatant lack of basic patience from the staff, paired with an amateurish disregard for food presentation, made this a miserable experience. I will not be returning to this location, and management seriously needs to retrain their staff on both customer etiquette and proper food handling procedures.

- LPLeona PleasantonJun 29, 20262.0Day after day I stop same order daily and never the same most days not right at all not sure how hard it is to put butter on a croissant or the right cheese on the sandwich or wrap sweet black pepper bacon comes with white cheese simple or how hard it is to put the caramel in the coffee especially since I pay for extra every day and many days I have to walk in and ask for more caramel or all give because their is none in my coffee for months I came and never had any issues but the last few months has been terrible with the amount of mistakes that's are repeated in ok everyone makes mistakes no biggie but when it's the same one over and over like come on
