  The manager working at 7:30pm was so disrespectful to a drive thru customer who came in while I waited for my order. Telling hi she gave the food he paid for to the next customer, he was stupid for leaving the window after he received the wrong food, and it was his fault. The lack of accountability on her part was actually astonishing. Even while refunding his case she continued to point out he was the reason the mix up happened. Rightfully he declined putting the order in again. After he left she continued maybe he shouldn’t smoke so much weed he would still have brain cells left. Whether he was inebriated or not he received the wrong food and came in to correct it. Also to point out his eyes were not red and did not smell like weed. She decline to give her name and turned her back and told me not to talk to her when I asked for her name. I don't visit this store often. And most definitely will not go back, having seen the lack of accountability. Thank you to the gentleman who took my order and tried to correct the situation before the manager stepped in. This store could use more level headed people like him.

  The service was very great the young lady at the window with tattoos was very sweet and definitely should get a raise but when I got my food and went home I looked at it and the bread was soggy it had no onion no tomatoes no lettuce nothing just the steak and cheese and it tasted like the school cheese steaks it was so gross never will I get the cheese steak again EVER
