  I’m not a fast food or chain restaurant person. I have been to a Chipotle before though. This time the quality was poor, the staff seemed confused and they wrapped my tacos in an aluminum foil ball. Unbelievably bad way to package food. We sat down, I unwrapped my food and my wife and I both laughed. This is a really simple food concept. How can it be this bad? When I got home to write this review I saw the google rating of 2.5 stars and I laughed again. It wasn’t just me that doesn’t like this place.

  Placed a to go order and this is what I received. Took my order back and received attitude for staying my tacos each have 2-3 small pieces of chicken on them and my fajita veggies were missing. I was told to order extra chicken next time if what you’re seeing in this picture was not enough????? Then I was given a “we will remake them…this time. Smh of my 3 visits to this location 1 mile from my house…this has been a second huge disappointment and I’d rather drive the additional miles to the location on 202

  ⸻ CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I honestly don’t even know where to begin because this was one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and all of this over some CHICKEN. I came in expecting to spend my money, get my food, and leave. Instead, I was met with an attitude that was completely unnecessary from the beginning. The way I was spoken to was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I understand that people have bad days, but customers should not have to become the target of somebody else’s frustration. What made the situation even worse was the fact that I felt like comments were being made about my body/weight. That crossed a completely different line. There is absolutely NO reason for an employee to make a customer feel embarrassed, judged, or humiliated because of their appearance. I came there to purchase food, not to be body-shamed or made to feel uncomfortable in front of other people. Let’s be very clear: I am a paying customer. I should be able to ask questions about my food, address an issue, or simply exist in your establishment without being made to feel like I’m somehow less deserving of basic respect because of my size. And the crazy part is that this entire situation was over chicken. Something that should have taken a few minutes turned into an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience because of someone’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Customer service is supposed to be about treating people with respect, even when there is a disagreement or misunderstanding. If an employee can’t handle a simple food-related issue without insulting or embarrassing the customer, then management seriously needs to address that. I don’t expect special treatment. I expect basic human decency. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and actually speaks with the employee involved. Nobody should leave a business feeling humiliated over something as simple as ordering food. I came in as a customer. I left feeling disrespected. Never again.

  This location must have took past reviews/complaints seriously because I just had a great experience at this Chipotle. During the lunch hour 12/1, I got through that line in less than a minute and all 4 people on the line were courteous and speedy. When glancing at the reviews, I almost decided to skip this location. Glad I didn’t. Shoutout to whoever it was that changed this location’s service for the better.

  This place is slow. It wasn’t even busy and I am currently waiting on an order I placed 27 minutes ago. It was supposed to be ready 22 minutes ago. The rest of my family has already finished eating and here I am waiting. I asked multiple times. They said they are working on it. I finally went up again and they had to scroll through the screen and found it. It wasn’t even made. So not I have to wait again.
