Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost. Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

Such a great experience! We were welcomed with genuine smiles from the team right away. The food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful burgers and hot, perfectly cooked fries with delicious banana shakes. Five Guys consistently set a standard; it’s easily my top pick over any other burger chain.

Place gone down hill past few years. Every other places i’ve been to, they would give you an extra scoop of fries, thats what they are known for. This place will give you exact whatever fit in their tiny bag, about a handful at most. Bought a medium, i got a portion of a small before they got rid of the cups. I thought it was just the staff, but now i’m assuming it’s just this specific store policy for the staffs since its not the first time this happened. Lost me as a customer. Will bring my business up north from now.

The food here is not good! I’ve tried it a few times. Burgers are always mediocre at best and their fries aren’t even in a cup anymore, just a cheap small bag that has them smushed together, soggy and gross. You use to get a cup that was overflowing with fries, not at this location. Fries also had a weird fish taste/smell to them which I thought was weird because it is a burger joint so I looked it up and old oil will give off the smell and taste of fish. They were so soggy it was like they were old and recooked, not sure but whatever it is it’s a shame they even cost anything because they went straight in the trash can. This place is overpriced for what you get and definitely charge a lot to be cooking with old oil. Never coming back to this location. I love five guys normally but not this particular location.

I can’t stand coming to this location because the service is always bad. The people are always rude and come off like you’re bothering them for being there ordering food. Professionalism is not even a thought here. Then you pay $40 for two burgers? I will not come back here again.
