  Stopped for a Cold Brown Sugar Shaking Espresso Coffee, and walked out after ten minutes of waiting at the register. TANYA ignored me 100%. She helped the gentleman in front of me and walked away. I was the only one left in line. You don’t ignore a customer holding cash in hand! I wasn’t even greeted. She lost not one sale but 3. Two other customers seen me put my money away and they asked as they came in. I said why I was leaving empty handed and they left as well.

  Placed and paid for my order via the app. When I arrived, I was informed my drink could not be made because they lacked espresso beans and cups other than small. Employees were not able to refund me. I left my information but have not been refunded nor contacted to date.

  Im in the Walmart almost everyday and go here often. Never had a bad experience, Ryan is awsome he worked with me to make a customized drink so that I got what I wanted. Employees are all very socialable, very nice atmosphere. If I didnt like something they didnt even hesitate to change it. Samples are also an amazing addition to figure out if you want to follow through with buying the drink free of charge.

  Everything here is great it's a newer location so their still getting their donut situation figured out. About all the staff is friendly and very easy to talk to the manager is great and constantly makes recommendations that fit perfectly. One time I had come in to ask if they had anything like a milkshake and he had pointed me towards the bannana coolata. He knows so many tricks like how to make drinks thicker and so much more customization than a regular Dunkin.
