  i've been going to the camden chipotle for years my experience USED to be easy and my bowls were always filled to the brim , now i feel like im ALWAYS underserved with these small portions and my bowl isn’t cheap. at first i thought it was jus a doordash thing but no its everytime i go in and i’m genuinely not even the type to attack a business or leave a review but everytime i get a bowl it’s not even filled half way and my experience with staff is never good or easy it feels like half of them don’t even want to be there or they constantly have an attitude, my girlfriend came in to get us bowls, both of the younger men making them had an attitude she asked for more rice and the guy just looked at her like she was stupid slid her bowl across the counter to the next guy and he looks at her and says what else you want with an attitude as well as the young lady at the register but they acted completely normal to the lady after her i just think this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable this location will no longer be getting our money that’s for sure and management needs to step it up no reason staff should be acting like this and it goes unnoticed !

  I ordered the Chipotle honey chicken quesadilla on the app and when I received my order the food was old and cold. I picked up my order at the exact time it was ready and the food was not fresh. I went inside to ask the associate to remake my order, and there was a “Great Debate” about whether the food was fresh. The manager also questioned my concerns and began to raise her voice in a very hyper manner. I reminded the manager that there is no need to raise her voice or get upset, as I remain calm and hear her out. Moral story the food was nasty and the staff had no customer service or quality work ethic.

  I'm very sorry to say because I love chipotle but today I've experienced the most rude, disgusting, and nonchalant attitude from one of your workers named Mikayla. The lack of customer service that I experienced was completely unexpected, especially from one of my favorite restaurants. In particularly the one closest to me. I'm usually met with warmer and respectful welcomes. I usually do reviews on good customer service as you can probably check my record here on Google. I hate to say this but maybe there needs to be a more in depth evaluation when it comes to who we are using to serve the public. When I asked for her name so I could do a review she looked a bit concerned. I never mentioned that I was unsatisfied with the service so that should tell you something. The only reason I had to point out this experience. I know now this wa done intentionally just as I will put iny review in hope that you guys can make the changes necessary to keep your valued customers satisfied. I hate to give the 1 star today. I still love chipotle, I guess today wasn't it. Thank you and I will continue to be a respectful customer.

  I eat here often and usually the food is good but the past few times split in months have been bad, today i got a bowl i asked the man for light black beans and he gave me a whole spoonful and more, but i asked for double chicken and they barely gave me any. Then my boyfriend got a quesillda and wasnt offered any sides and didnt even ask him. The rice was clumpy and wasnt made well either. Had to repeat multiple times wasnt clear communication between the team, customer service here has been lacking for a long while.
