I've heard this from SOOOO many ppl. I get the same thing every single day, a signature iced latte with some extra stuff. Everytime they hand it to me it looks like straight milk. It's super light and doesn't even look like it has any expresso what so ever literally EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I get handed a large iced signature latte that looks super light like straight cream and milk without any expresso and tastes like it to. If I do go there I know I have to purposely ask for extra shots of expresso just to get it the way it's supposed to be made. I've lived in Bethany and ocean view for 20 years now and I will go out of my way and travel 25 minutes just to go to millsboro or Lewes, mostly millsboro. Idk if there expresso machine never gets cleaned or if it's a problem within the machine like it's backed up, but I crap you not, I have never ordered my regular drink I get every single day from every other Dunkin location without an extra shot and it look like complete milk that I'm drinking. And it actually sucks because I'm right around the corner and it's so convenience, but I've ordered from them I'd say over 50 times, probably more in 20 years and I know when I go to Bethany location Im paying 10$ because of the extra expresso shots I have to get just for it to taste normal like every other Dunkin location drink that I order the exact same way from every other Dunkin. They need to invest in looking into the expresso machine because this is the same I've heard from so many ppl. Don't get me wrong, the customer service is fine and so is the atmosphere but the drinks with expresso is absolutely ridiculous to where I now go out of my way to get my normal drink that I don't have to pay for extra expresso at any other location. I've given up on Bethany and won't recommend it to anyone.
