We love the Big Chill! Be sure to get a pain killer and take in the view.
Food is decently good, can be hit or miss depending on what you get. Fish tacos were okay, crab fries were amazing, always love the coconut shrimp!

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Big Chill Beach Club today.
We were a party of five celebrating my father’s 75th birthday. Despite the restaurant being first-come, first-served with no reservations, we waited approximately 35 minutes to be seated while several empty tables large enough to accommodate our group sat unused.
When we were finally seated, we were placed at a table designed for four people. A chair was pulled from the back and squeezed onto the end, leaving my 75-year-old father, a Vietnam veteran who proudly served his country, feeling like an afterthought rather than a valued guest.
When we politely asked if we could be moved to one of the many empty larger tables, we were told those tables were reserved for parties of six. We watched multiple tables remain empty for well over an hour. After asking to speak with a manager (which wasn’t possible because only the hostess was available), we again questioned why these tables couldn’t be used. At that point, the explanation changed….they were now supposedly reserved for parties of seven or more.
Ironically, after our meals had already arrived, we were finally allowed to move to one of those same empty tables.
The issue wasn’t simply the wait; it was the lack of common sense, inconsistent explanations, and unwillingness to provide basic customer service. Empty tables generated no revenue while paying customers were left uncomfortable and frustrated.
What should have been a special birthday celebration turned into an unnecessarily negative experience. We won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope management reviews both their seating policies and how guests are treated.

Disgusting. Flies everywhere in the kitchen and dying in food. . Employees not using gloves, touching raw meat and then using the same dirty hand to put your lettuce on your burger. Food poisoning cases. Terrible rude and lazy management .

Hubby and I had a Date night recently and wanted to enjoy some beverages while looking out at the ocean! We sat at the bar and it was such a great experience! Josh and Pat brought enthusiasm and high energy and we LOVED it! Also, Josh makes an AMAZING espresso martini!! Thanks for making our date night one of the best!!!

Parking is $10 instate $20 out of state. Yes you still have to pay even if you’re just eating at the restaurant. If you’re looking for a good place to take the family to the beach and have food nearby this is a good location.
The service & food: Seated promptly. Party of 3 with a baby. Wife leaves to change the baby in the rest room. Waiter takes drink orders and i give him my wife’s also, he brings back mines which was mostly margarita mix and my daughters lemonade. My wife returns and he is nowhere in sight for for almost 10 mins. He acknowledges he took her order but didn’t put it in. She switches the drink and orders the same meal I did, the land and sea burger. Daughter orders a shrimp salad. Food comes out promptly. The two patties on the burger are really thin like a smash burger, the burger was good but the amount of fries is something out of a McDonald’s happy meal. Also, I noticed my daughter is eating a dry salad and her drink had spilled over before the food came. The waiter never offered her dressing or a refill. I had to find him and ask him for those things. She liked the salad but said it was a 6/10. Time for the bill …no waiter . I’m listening to the party seated behind us and they’re complaining to each other about the same thing. Literally waited 10-15 min before my wife stops another waiter and ask if he could give us our check, he says he’ll find our waiter. Another 10 mins goes by and I go into the bar room and ask a random waitress for my check and she gets it for me. The waiter shows up another 5 mins later. I left %15 on the tip but I had a good mind to leave nothing to make a point. The waiter didn’t have a bad attitude though. I don’t know if it was his first day but his service was terrible. This is my first time coming here and I will probably return as the atmosphere is great but they need to get their portion size and service under control.
