We ordered an ice cream at the drive through and were then charged $3 more than what the advertised price, who didn't tell us the price until after he already swiped my credit card. After we showed photos to the drive through clerk (who was exceptionally rude) we were told we would have to call a manager the next day for a refund. When we called they told us we would have to come back to the store. Since we don't live in the area this is not possible and no solution was offered. It's a nice setup to charge you more than what they advertise. Buyer beware!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
