  I had a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everyone was helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for good food and great customer service!.

  I came in pre order my food at 8:45 and I arrived at 9:25 my food isn’t done the guy with tattoos so much attitude didn’t respond when I asked how much longer I told the lady the coke machine was out and she brushed it off then the guy walked out terrible service and food took forever to be wrong and got to go back for my missing iteams and the guys just smoking the guy with tattoos again I asked a question and he respond ruder and the rest (tall guy with a girl with red hair ) just talking not making anything for spending $32 terrible service

  My Advice Would be Everyone in this Establishment should know how to work the Cash Register. It seem like when you walk most of the Emoloyees are Afraid of working the Cash Register. I feel sorry for the Door Dasher Their Stuff is Never Ready. This place is very Unorganized. I Think this Place Need New Management. There was a gentleman who was there who was very nice. He had to fill the ice up where you get soda. He was very pleasant. We had to wait to place our Order because the young lady who was at the Cash Register was leaving so she clocked out. The manager was in the bathroom 🚻 look like she was doing her makeup and hair. Took her time coming to the front. This place Need a Redo with a train Professional Managers and all Employees trained as well. P.S. They almost Never have Change. So if you are paying cash instead of a Card you are out of luck. This Place Need Help.

  Service was awful! I ordered online and the time it said the order would be ready was 6:03. I walked in at 6:04, greeted by no one, and didn't walk out until 6:30. When I asked about my order I was brushed off initially. I kept seeing everyone leave before me so I asked again at 6:18. She had to look up my order and then said she didn't know what happened. No apology no nothing. Then she whispered something to a coworker and they began working on my order. They finally handed me the bag at 6:29 with no apology or for my wait or even a thank you for my patience, just a bag. I will never return

  This was about 3 years ago now but I still wont go back call me petty lol. I ordered a meal for two and sent my bf at the time to pick it up. When he got there and gave them my name they asked him for the last name which they have never done before. I never put my real last name anywhere online, so when he told them my last name it was not what i had on the order. He called me but i happened to have been in the shower so he drove all the way home to ask me what the name was. I told him i put the last name as kat, and i went with him to pick it up. I understand that this is partly my fault but ive personally never been questioned about my last name for food, mind you there were barely any other orders so even if it was a last name miss understanding the lady, who was the manager could have simply said we dont have an order under that last name do you know what was in the order? Which he could've told them exactly what we got. If there were really two orders with my name there were other ways it could have been cleared up. The lady was awfully rude when i went in there. The new location down the road is much better, hope they repair it soon… ofc someone drove a car through it…
