  i honestly feel empathy for the employees at this location because they must only have 2-3 of them. this place is seriously understaffed and mismanaged. there have been many occasions where you come here and there's 1 maybe 2 people working at a time. this must have been another one of those nights where no one decided to show up for work because it was a friday night and they were busier than i'd ever seen in my life. so after waiting for more than an hour i decided to just go somewhere else for food. normally not a big deal however they were told to cancel the order, and they had not even started making it yet so i expected the charge to come off my bank once monday hit since I TOLD THEM the order was cancelled. nope they decided to still charge me. so i of course tried to call the store and receive my refund for pizza i never came into contact with. however SINCE this place must not have any management i was on hold for about 30 minutes (with maybe the most annoying hold i've ever experienced, you get about 10 seconds of hold music before they play the same ad over and over) before i decided to just call corporate. and yet i still have not received a refund and this was about 3 weeks ago. so apparently the entire company is just dogshit. so i will be taking my money elsewhere probably for the rest of my life because im not about to give more money to this company that so gladly would steal from me.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service and management at this Papa John’s location. I ordered an XL pizza specifically because I needed to feed my child before going to work. When my order arrived, I discovered that the location had run out of XL pizza boxes. Rather than properly resolving the issue, management instructed the staff to cut the XL pizza in half and place it into two medium-sized boxes. Please see the attached images. This was not only unacceptable and unprofessional, but it was also a tremendous inconvenience. I had somewhere I needed to be and ordered food with the expectation that it would be prepared and packaged appropriately. Running out of the correct packaging is an internal management issue—not something the customer should have to accommodate. What is even more concerning is the lack of judgment and critical thinking demonstrated by management. There were clearly better ways to handle this situation, including contacting me before preparing the order, offering an appropriate replacement, or finding another reasonable solution. Instead, I was left with a pizza that was poorly packaged and not presented in an acceptable manner. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was offered a Quality Guarantee for my next order. That does absolutely nothing to address the inconvenience and poor service I experienced today. I requested a refund and was told that, despite the issue being caused by the restaurant, I would have to physically return the pizza to the store before they would refund me. That response was extremely frustrating. I should not have to rearrange my schedule or make a trip to the restaurant because management failed to properly fulfill my order. This experience reflects poor management, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I hope corporate management reviews this situation and addresses the way customer complaints and operational issues are being handled at this location. I am not looking for a free future pizza. I am looking for the issue with my current order to be appropriately resolved.

  Delivery was late and only half the order was delivered. Called and was left on hold for 30 minutes. Drove to the store and manager was rude and only offered to remake pizzas ordered instead of the whole order. Will never order from this store again.
