  I’ve been here 3times and my first 2times were the best experience.i called and ordered my food and it took only 30 minutes,but the last time I went,I brought my cousin with me and one of the employees heard him talking to me about the owner making videos with the customers.apparently they took it personal and purposely made me wait for my food,after it was done.i ordered it at 7:30 pm, made it to the store at 8:05 pm and didn’t get my food till 5 minutes to 9. The owner of the store came to me personally and ask for the name of my order and went to check on it,I saw the cook with the red t shirt ,grab my cheesesteak out of the food holder,by the front counter and say “ his steak is right here” also the two employees were waiting outside to say “ have a good day”…what they failed to realize is that I’m not one of those people who’s going to lose it over food lol I kept my patience the whole entire time .i knew all of this was done purposely after I watched the owner go to the front counter to check on my order.just because of that,I’m not going back.i know I’m not going to stop their business and that’s not what I’m trying to do,I was just sharing the difference in my experiences there .

  The place was clean. The chicken cheesestake was dry and warm not hot at all. The sandwich cheese was cold and full of mayo. If this is the best of Philly no thanks. I drove 50 mins and waited 57 mins. Never ever again. There was alot of bread . People said this place was amazing. There are so many better local places. Save time and money go somewhere else.

  They are expensive to start, but they have salmon. I ordered the salmon rolls that are good. I tried the cheese fries with it. NO. The fries were soggy and with the cheese, it's like eating cheese mashed potatoes. I could not eat them but my dog loved them. I order once in a pink moon anyway. So it's no loss to loose them.

  The cheesesteaks are great! It’s only been a couple of times our cheesesteaks were made incorrectly (but as far as the taste 10/10). However, I recently got some of their banana pudding and it was bad (tasted like it expired/rotten). When I checked for the expiration date, it wasn’t one listed. I would recommend the cheesesteaks but that’s about it.

  I phoned in at 4:45 pm and all I wanted was a largeTurkey Hoagie no mayonnaise just lettuce tomato and onions with Provolone cheese. After waiting 30 minutes and watching 5 guys just standing around I decided it’s time to go. It upset me because it was crowded as usual and that’s a good thing. But, when it cleared out and I was still waiting and people came in and ordered and I will still waiting. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! I loved that place and would brag about it often but, not anymore. 😡 I requested a refund and I was given $17.25 but, I paid $17.89. I had to go to work and I could not wait anymore. I am Cynthia a frustrated and will NOT recommend nor return!
