  A giant disappointment! Drove a long way to shop here, seeing as it’s a relatively new grocery store. I was hoping for it to be a new staple but was very disappointed by the lack of selection and high prices. I ended up leaving without buying a single thing. It was a waste of gas to get here :(

  The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. The pharmacy is so much kinder and faster than the big chain ones.

  Can someone explain to me why the bathroom looks like this? This is the men’s restroom and it looks dirty like this. No one knows how to do their job or dump trash. Why is the bathroom looking like this for the public? This is unacceptable.

  I am a new customer, I placed an online delivery order which was confirmed! And hour later I get a email saying we had to cancel your order due to verification) which I’m super confused and annoyed, and hungry because I want my order. Why would you confirm my order online then cancel it? I call the customer line and she told me they shopped my order it had to put it all back due to verification reasons. I said why didn’t you just call to verify instead of just canceling my entire order? She said that’s our new verification system. I contacted FraudVerification, I verified all information and the lady told me she would put everything through. Several hours later still no delivery confirmation, So I contacted the market again she told me that she still didn’t see anything on her end. I told her could I come up to the store and get a gift card for the amount and shop, she told me no my order is canceled! I do not recommend anyone use their online delivery service! This is supposed to be convenient but it was frustrating and confusing. #Never again 👎🏾

  Giant Food consistently offers a reliable supply of Deer Park five-gallon bottled water, which is the main reason I keep coming back. Their overall shopping environment is better than other comparable supermarkets, including cleanliness. However, prices for similar items tend to be slightly higher than at other stores.
