  I like grabbing a Starbucks and then coming in here and doing my grocery shopping. It is a quiet store, relaxing vibes. Good selection of groceries. Great deals when you use digital coupons. My criticism is that they need more cashiers and more smaller shopping carts (they have plenty of traditional large size carts, but only what appears to be a handful of smaller dual level carts).

  BEWARE OF THIS GIANT LOCATION ON ROUTE 40 IN BEAR. WE WERE OVERCHARGED $12! My wife and I have been shopping at this Giant store for 30 years. Lately we have had instances where an item posted on sale in the aisle rings up higher than even the original price at the register. This evening, 6/9/26 at approximately 7pm, we were overcharged $12!! Manager wanted to argue and rudely asked me how did I know we were overcharged. I pointed out that I added all items on my calculator to the penny, including subtracted bonus card and app discounts, and we were overcharged $12. We went through all 37 items, and it was discovered that two items that were posted on sale in the aisle rung up higher than the original price! The Manager discounted our bill a tiny bit, but we were still overcharged $5.45! Manager was at a loss to explain why. We just paid the overcharged amount to get out of there. After paying for the groceries, the Manager asked me, with a lot of attitude, to tell her what other stores in the area don't overcharge their customers!! After 30 years of being loyal customers, we will not be shopping here again. You get ripped off by getting overcharged, and Management cops an attitude and becomes rude and argumentative when you call them out on it.

  A giant disappointment! Drove a long way to shop here, seeing as it’s a relatively new grocery store. I was hoping for it to be a new staple but was very disappointed by the lack of selection and high prices. I ended up leaving without buying a single thing. It was a waste of gas to get here :(

  The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. The pharmacy is so much kinder and faster than the big chain ones.

  Can someone explain to me why the bathroom looks like this? This is the men’s restroom and it looks dirty like this. No one knows how to do their job or dump trash. Why is the bathroom looking like this for the public? This is unacceptable.
