  I was checking out and the clerk rang up a bag of potatoes and it was $16!!! I questioned it 3 times!! Every time he did it the price was $16!! He chucked it up to that’s what the price is. I get to the door and automatically saw why it was so much. He was ringing me up for FOUR of the FIVE POUND BAGS of potatoes. So I go to customer service and waited 10 darn minutes!! I had to leave because I had a car full of frozen and refrigerated groceries!! Three times I questioned him. THREE TIMES!! Then I try to figure out why it’s so much and you can’t even talk to anyone in customer service. Food Lion did me really dirty today. I go to the Food Lion all the time. Not anymore!!!

  So I went into Food Lion the other day and it was not crowded. I went To check out aisle number 2 ( not express) with about eight items. I laid my items on the belt. I grabbed two meat sticks that were standing by the checkout and put them on the belt also. The black cashier said to me "you're not adding any items to your Order". Those items are there for last-minute checkout. She's the only person that's ever said this to me. I'm assuming it was because I was white. I don't know how she was triggered by this? The only thing possible was my skin color.It's not like my groceries were already bagged up . So they called Tara the manager over and because I wanted to film the interaction as they said they were gonna call the cops on me. I spent $500 a week in this store to be treated this way is absolutely absurd. I know without filming it they can make up anything they want to. It's called gaslighting. I've got Acne and ShopRite right down the street they'll now be my go to places I will never step foot in the store that gets away with treating their customers that way.

  Bought spicy chicken tenders here from the hot case. 1st one was delicious 2nd one was completely raw. Took chicken back to store and the manager tried to blame me saying they don't sell the chicken despite there being 3 bags of it still in the hot case. Since they do not know their own product the customer service person only refunded me $5 even though the price was $8 Horrible grocery store for not taking responsibility for selling raw chicken as ready to eat
