  Wish I could give 0 I’m not even the type to write reviews, but this was a joke. I came in and was told it would be a 10-minute wait for white rice. I’m thinking cool, I’ll wait. Me and two other guys stood there for the full 10 minutes while they finished the batch. Then, instead of serving the people actually standing in the store, they dumped the whole tray into the to-go/online orders. When I asked what happened, the guy looked me in the face and told me it’d be ANOTHER 10 minutes. I told him, "Man, you said 10 minutes, 10 minutes ago." This man literally looked at me and said, "I’ll be honest, I don't even know anymore." If you don’t know, just say that from the start! Don't have people standing around wasting their time based on a lie. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. It’s a total headache. Do yourself a favor and just drive down the street to the other location. Don't waste your time at this one.

  Yesterday I visited Chipotle with my daughter, and we only had enough money for one bowl, so we couldn’t afford to add chips. The manager treated us with a lot of kindness and understanding. My daughter asked about the chips, and even though we didn’t order them, he kindly surprised her by giving her a portion for free. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us and made my daughter very happy.

  I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The staff was friendly and professional, the service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious.

  This is the nastiest, most unsanitary Chipotle I have ever eaten at. There have been multiple instances where I’ve received my food (delivery or pick up) with various greens, meats rice, etc in my quesadilla, which was just supposed to have cheese in it. This particular instance set me off as I ordered the same quesadilla at 8:55. It did not get delivered until 9:52 almost an hour later. When I finally opened the container holding my cheese quesadilla, I immediately saw cilantro poking out of the quesadilla itself. I pulled it out and then I opened the other compartment and see that there’s a huge piece of cilantro sitting right on the top of my sour cream. I file a complaint with DoorDash immediately. Then of course, cause i’m hungry, I start to eat my quesadilla. not even halfway through eating the first half of the quesadilla, I bite into a giant piece of lettuce within the quesadilla. But due to my other complaint with DoorDash being found not refundable, I couldn’t submit another one. So now I’m coming to Google. Unless this Chipotle fixes its management and it’s cleaning regulations. The health department needs to come, and it needs to be shut down. The amount of cross-contamination within a simple meal is bizarre.

  Only giving a star because I don’t have the option to give 0. I’m not usually one to leave reviews especially not bad ones because I know that sometimes people just have bad days, but my experience at this Chipotle today around 7:15PM was extremely humiliating. I was getting ready to pay when the employee about to take my payment said, “Is there anything else I can help you with sir?” I was born a woman and I identify as a woman, but I don’t mind when people don’t get it right the first time as long as they are respectful about it, but the staff at this location was not respectful at all. The guy quickly corrected himself to say ma’am and again I took no offense, but then him and the employees around him immediately (a group of about 5 guys) all started laughing at the fact and even after I paid and walked away I heard them continuously talking about it and laughing. It was extremely embarrassing and I will make sure to never step foot in this Chipotle again. This is my local Chipotle as well and I never had a problem here until today so that adds to the disappointment, I was looking forward to getting my food and enjoying it at the restaurant. On top of that, the food was terrible and the chicken was burnt. What a shame, do better for future customers. Real rating: 0/5
