- DDDeborah DennJun 11, 20261.0Not even a one star every time I go something is in the wrong spot you think you're getting a deal but they tell you it's not the right product BUT it was in that spot so they don't do anything about it and they tell you I didn't put it there......oh and I wanted a money order after 9 am NOBODY at the desk but they're standing there talking and wouldn't help.....I'm going to FOOD LION they have great prices and the staff is alot friendlier and helpful acme is not what it used to be booo

I used the app to notify when I was heading their way, drove up, parked in a designated pick up spot, I hit my spot number, put my phone down and withing 30 seconds here comes an employee with groceries. I hesitated because I thought it was wayyyyy to fast to be mine. He approached and I jumped out of the car to open the hatchback. I got the most welcoming hello!! Then the young man says "you don't need to get out of the car, it's HOT out here!". He was so pleasant, genuine, and made me feel like I made the right choice of shopping Acme today. I've spent more years in retail management than I care to admit. If I wasn't retired, I would be recruiting Desmond. I sure hope Acme Management appreciates the gem they have in Desmond and genuinely show him how much he made the right decision working there!!

- CCCynthia CasteelMay 17, 20263.0As expensive as it is, I have found several items that were not fresh or was still stacked way beyond the expiration date like some crackers and some yogurt. The yogurt was really runny and nasty looking. I threw it away immediately and the crackers were dated 2025. I didn't notice until I got home and didn't feel like bringing stuff back. I just threw the both of them away. Please watch the expiration date and check your food for freshness. This concerns me because I thought the Acme was top quality at all times. At least the prices made me think so.
