  Unfortunately, my experience was the same as many others have described. The front-of-house customer service was incredibly rude. I initially tried to place my order through the app, but it wouldn't let me make the modifications I wanted, so I drove to the restaurant instead. From the moment I walked in, I was never greeted. The employee never made eye contact and seemed much more interested in looking out the side window than acknowledging me. Even when she handed me my receipt, she still didn't look at me or say a word. As I started to walk away, she sarcastically yelled, "Well, you're welcome." At that point, I turned around, said a few words about how unprofessional the interaction had been, and requested a refund. Customer service costs nothing, and a simple greeting and basic courtesy would have made all the difference.

  I ordered from here online and my dasher was taking a while but it turned out my food was stolen. I called to get some help and the manager Nova explained how it was unfortunately stolen because a few dashers came to pick it up but she advised it was taken already. We talked and she said she can remake my food and ensure it’s given to the proper person which was great. She also helped out with something extra for the inconvenience which was a nice surprise. Definitely coming back. Would recommend.

  The service that I received from the team was top tier. My second visit there and it was even better than the first time.. check them out and the food was hot and good.

  stopped by the Wingstop near Fort Totten tonight and had one of the best quick-service experiences I’ve had in a while, thanks to Nova. From the moment I walked in, Nova greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and handled my order like a pro. I went with the classic tenders hot honey and garlic parmesan fries and she made sure they were fresh and properly sauced. She even double-checked my order before I paid and added a couple extra ranch cups when she saw I ordered a big combo. What really stood out was how attentive and friendly she was — super patient when I asked questions about the new flavors, and she had great recommendations. You can tell she actually enjoys her job and cares about the customers. The whole interaction felt personal, not robotic. Food was hot, crispy, and on point. Service was fast even though they were busy. Nova made the whole stop worth it. If you’re in the Fort Totten/Brookland area, hit up this Wingstop and ask for Nova — she’s the real deal.
