- SLShawn LePorteAug 10, 20261.0Went in to place an order to go. All they did was point to a kiosk. After placing the order the kiosk asked for a tip, suggesting 25%. I declined. No one greeted me or offered a water while I waited. Food arrived, thanked the kitchen staff personnel and all I got was a grunt. Got back to the hotel. No napkins and no utensils (I ordered soup). The Pho was OK at best, the Bahn MI was probably the worst (and most expensive) one I have ever had. Major disappointment.

- LMLee MJul 27, 20261.0I genuinely don’t understand how Viet Chopsticks is still in business. In a neighborhood full of solid options. This place feels like it’s running on autopilot. The service is almost non-existent. The staff seems allergic to basic interaction. I asked for a spoon with my pho, and got, ‘you need a spoon?’ That pretty much sums it up. The only time anyone perked up was when the bill arrived and they asked if I enjoyed my meal. No, I did not. The atmosphere is flat, the food is bland, and there’s zero sense of creativity or pride. This location deserves a restaurant that actually cares. Until that happens, spend your money somewhere that respects your time and your taste buds.
