  I had a wonderful dinner here and was very impressed by the authentic flavors and the cozy atmosphere. The Pho had a rich, aromatic broth that was clearly simmered for a long time, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. I also tried the spring rolls, which were perfectly crispy and served with a delicious dipping sauce.   I don’t leave bad reviews because the place may be having a bad day… but this place is poorly managed. Servers were not friendly and generally not attentive… waited 15 min to be served then no food served for 50 minutes… had to leave but no communication other than thumbs up sign from the server. I don’t think I would try this place again… no heart whatsoever… sad

  Order was supposed to be received at 2:20 pm. Did not receive my order until 3 pm and the wait staff completely ignored me. Over an hour for a takeout order. Very disappointed
