- VVVictor Volz2 days ago1.0I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe a lot this one doesn’t seem to know how to make their smoothies properly. Multiple times, it was so was icy that I couldn’t even drink it out of a straw because chunks of ice would get caught in the straw. It also had very little sweetness and I think they forgot to add the whey protein I asked for. A smoothie is supposed to be smooth. It’s not a slushie. I won’t be coming to this one again

Whenever i order food I faithfully wait at least 10 minutes after the promise time. It kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead when additional wait time is this long. While I understand its a new location could be beneficial to have at least two people making food orders as business continues to pickup in the hotter months.

Tonight I arrived at 8:53pm and a gentleman was hanging in the door speaking with me “friends” and told me they are closed. Does this store close at 8:50pm?
