    Terrible experience. They charged me $2.99 for a regular bottle of Aquafina water and rang it up incorrectly as a "Bottled Carbonated Drink" on the receipt. Totaled $3.29 with DC tax! When I realized the mistake and asked for a refund with the bottle completely unopened, the staff was extremely rude and flat out refused to refund me. Total rip-off. Avoid this location! Update: When I requested a refund, the cashier was extremely rude and even lied about being the manager to refuse the refund. Only after I stood my ground and firmly insisted, he finally had to call someone else to process the refund. Not only are they overcharging, but the customer service is abysmal. Avoid at all costs! They deceived consumers, made pricing mistakes, refused refunds, and displayed a terrible attitude. They also lied and claimed to be the manager. There were no other customers in the store at the time, only one staff member. This staff member refused to give me a refund, was rude, and was playing on his phone watching videos, leaving me standing there waiting for a long time.
