- SSSMHARTMay 1, 20261.0Requested 15 gift cards w/ $10 on each. After several failed attempts by several employees including the manager - and me graciously allowing several customers to check out ahead of me - I was told they need cash to complete the transaction. Since w/ all their fumbling it never got to a point where I even reached for my wallet, it was apparent that how I paid had zero to do w/ the problem, and since I don't carry that amount of cash on my person , I'll simply purchase from a different Subway. I received no apology, no acknowledgement not one polite response for my wasted time....just a shrug of shoulders. This is deplorable behavior. They are rude and lack an iota of customer service. I won't be back.
