We waited at the counter for five minutes before we were greeted or spoken to. We asked a question about the menu, got a one word answer from the employee then he walked away and never came back. We would have left if we knew the area and had a backup restaurant choice. We sat down and placed our order online. We waited 27 minutes for our food. While we were waiting we witnessed that same employee argue and raise his voice at a customer who was claiming they made her food wrong. I have no idea what she ordered or who was wrong in the situation but I was appalled at the rudeness and lack of good customer service, or any customer service at all. It made for a very tense environment. By the time we got our food half of it was cold from sitting on the counter and everything was soggy with grease. When we finished we went to throw our trash away and found the only trash bin over flowing onto the counter. Even if we lived close by I would never step foot in this restaurant again. I have already submitted my experience to their website.
