- PPPatrick Peters4 days ago1.0Went three different times in one weekend. Was from out of town got turned away all three times didnt get to order even.
- AKA KJul 5, 20261.0Went in to this location 7/4/26. Ordered two kids meals and a fry at 7:25pm on site to eat in. Understood it was a holiday, but there is no excuse for my food taking 55 minutes to be ready. When we walked in we walked straight up to order ((no line)) and there were tables available. I asked for a first update at 7:55. Was told there were no more fries cut and it’d be a few more minutes and she’d bring the order to my table. Food finally arrived at 8:20. Kids burger was cold. Was supposed to be a large smash fry and was given a regular-asked for it to be corrected and they just dumped it into a large container and gave it back to me. There was also no ice for beverages because somehow the ice maker had been shut off accidentally. The employees were audibly complaining about their jobs, wanting to leave, etc. working a holiday isn’t always fun but I spent 7 years in acute patient care so I say this from experience-when you take a job that doesn’t observe certain holidays for whatever reason, necessity or otherwise, you accept that as a term of employment or negotiate otherwise. My partner was furious and wanted a refund but no one was at the registers when he stood there. It was the principle about waiting nearly an hour and the lack of accountability and acknowledgement.
