He is always rude always getting my drink wrong never listens and never smiles. It’s very unfortunate that I’ve been to this Starbucks plenty of times and his attitude has never changed no one should be treated as such.

My experience with them is that they don’t know how to make the drinks well and in some cases find a way to take breaks right before the counter closes. Today, myself along with another customer, went to the counter around 7PM to place an order. We saw a piece of paper on the counter with the word “break“ written on it. So we waited about another five minutes or so and no one came back. I decided to loop around the store pick up something really quick and come back. But when I came back, The worker just looked at me and said we’re closed (straight faced amd monotone). I was surprised and told him that he just had a sign here that said “break” and we were waiting for you. Apparently, he’s strategically planned his break close to when they Close the counter at 7:30pm. When I asked him if he would still do my drink, he told me depending on what he had left. I wanted an iced coffee. He said he only had hot coffee. So I just looked them in the face and said no thanks and walked away. Customer Service at grocery store locations have been below par for the past few years. The workers are not well trained and it appears that there’s no one there to coach them to get better.
