I ran in for a single item today and tried to pay at the self checkout. There was no sign stating CC only, so I tried to use cash. I put in $1 and the machine started flashing and stated I needed help - ugh. The people next to me also had flashing. The person helping was ... standing there NOT helping anyone. She came over when I waved her down. She said that machine isn't set up for cash. Funny, no sign and the machine allowed me to select cash as a payment. The person behind the desk then got involved. The machine was showing that there was $1 in payments with $1.49 left. She cleared the machine and then said there was no money in the machine. Um - the machine was claiming a money jam - you're saying there isn't any. I'll NEVER go back.
