  This place used to be good but the quality has declined we were not happy with our order it tasted bad Shiro should not look like that. The service is horrible we came in and waited so long. Customer service is horrible don’t expect to be checked on or order drinks. The place is very dirty. We had to ask for a soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. It makes me question if employees are washing hands. Overall for the price of the food not worth it.

  They accepted my order online even though they were closed—their website showed they were open. I called multiple times over three days, and each time they promised a refund, but they still haven’t issued it.

  I went to pickup my order that I ordered online through the website. When I arrived the door was closed and I could not enter the restaurant even though the lights and the open sign was on. I called and did not get an answer. I would like my money back, I spent $70 worth of food. This was the only way I can reach out to your business since I called multiple times and their was no way for me to cancel my order online.
