  I ordered the Pho for take out and it was done pretty quickly. It took about 15 minutes. When. I went to pick up the person there made sure to verify my name. The food itself was good. It was not how I expected it to be but was good nonetheless. The protein in it was cooked pretty nicely and tender. The herbs had some brown spots but we're still edible. I definitely would order here again to try another soup.

  This place is fantastic. We got the signature ramen and the crabmeat + pork soup dumplings, and everything was great. The ramen broth is unbelievably rich, and the noodles are thick and delicious. The pork is remarkably tender, and the soy egg was just as flavorful. The soup dumplings were also a great choice! Service was also awesome, and we connected with our waitress very nicely!

  Amazing experience. Service was fantastic. Food was great. Best Ramen i have had. The beef was tender and the broth flavorful! I will stop here everytime I visit DC. Can't recommend enough.

  I was really disappointed with my experience today. I come here pretty often because I love the spicy chicken ramen. Usually I get the same male server, and he's always great. He's probably served me 10+ times, and he's never automatically added a tip to my bill. I always end up tipping him 20% because he provides great service. Today I had a female server, and she automatically added an 18% tip to my bill. When I asked her when they started doing that, she told me they sometimes forget to add the automatic gratuity when they get busy. That honestly didn't make much sense to me. If the other server has waited on me over 10 times and never added it, why was it automatically added this time? Then she said, "Oh, you come here often." That made me feel like she had already assumed I wasn't going to leave a tip, so she added one herself. I always tip when I get good service, so it was disappointing to feel judged before I even had a chance to pay. The food is still good, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll probably start looking for a different ramen spot from now on.
