The chengdu wontons were good but came in tiny portions, and soup dumplings were also small. You could get a larger portion of soup dumplings at Trader Joe's for half the price and they'd taste about the same. The ramen was ok, broth was a little lacking.
The music they played was entirely AI generated and was incredibly grating. You could hear the trapped screams of the artists whose songs were used to train the model.

Good food (deserves 4 stars), but shady billing practices completely ruined the experience.
Their menu explicitly states that an 18% gratuity is only required for parties of 5 or more. We were a party of 4 (two adults and two teens). Our bill came out to around $170, and I paid $200 in cash before leaving with the kids.
While my wife was still walking out of the restroom, a waitress hunted her down and demanded an extra $5, claiming it was a "mandatory minimum" tip. Let’s be clear: gratuity is always at the customer's discretion, and nothing on their menu or the law requires a forced tip for a family of four.
We will not be coming back and will not recommend this place to friends or colleagues. Enjoy the extra Lincoln bill—it’s the last dime you'll ever get from us.

While visiting from out of state, we found this little hole in the wall ramen shop. The place could use a little sprucing up, like replacing a few of the stained ceiling tiles for example, but don't let that deter you from experiencing a delicious lunch or dinner. Our lunch was so good, that we went back for dinner the next day. I had their signature lamen, and it was so fresh and delicious that I had to get it again when we went back. The bok choy was so bright and green, and fresh. There is some soft pork belly in it as well, which I could honestly take or leave, but the tea egg was a delicious first time experience for me. My son had their seafood fried rice for lunch and the next day he had their peppery chicken. I can't speak for the taste on those, but he ate every bit and raved about it after we left. I definitely recommend visiting here at least once if in the area. I honestly wish they were down where I live, as I'm going to be sad that I won't be able to eat here again unless I come back to DC.

We were craving some Asian cuisine and decided to try this place after reading rave reviews. The ambiance was cozy, and the front desk staff was welcoming. The restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, making it a pleasant dining experience.
Our waitress was a bit rushed and seemed a bit dismissive when we asked for recommendations and inquired about the cuisine. We were a bit disappointed with her service.
We ordered a variety of dishes, including spicy wontons, Thai ice boba tea, mango boba tea, special lemon, and spicy kung fu noodles. The spicy wontons were delicious, with a juicy chicken filling and a perfectly balanced spicy level. Both the boba teas were refreshing, but the Thai tea stood out as my favorite.
The special lemon tea had a unique flavor profile, similar to ramen, with a rich umami broth and perfectly cooked meat and noodles. The spicy kung fu noodles were also enjoyable, but the broth had a stronger spice punch.
Overall, the dishes were flavorful and satisfying, filling our appetites. However, some might find them a bit heavy. Despite the waitress’s shortcomings, we had a good time at the restaurant.
