  The customer service INASNE!!! I went to pick up my pizza last night, I walked in it’s a man behind the counter in the phone (earpiece) I said hello, he ignored me. Another man came out putting the liner in the trash can. He comes to help me, I politely asked him not to grab my pizza as he didn’t even attempt to wash his hands. The guy with the earpiece still beer attempts to help me. Had I not paid online I would have left!!! So a 3rd person comes out finally to give me my pizza. And wanted to charge me $2 for 2 small cups of ranch. Safe to say the quality of Pizza bolis is TRASH!! They come in our communities and treat us like it’s a pleasure for us to patronize their business!!! When our dollars keep it going!! They had other workers there that’s no longer there, they were WAY more personable! These people come here and really treat us like trash!!! Will not get another dollars from me EVER. You only ever did because you have non pork products but your energy and customer service is as bad as pork

  Update: As you can see the company commented for me to email them . I did and never received a reply. I posted about it on tik tok and then I received a reply about someone reaching out to me. It took about a week. I was told I’d receive a refund. It been another week and I still never received anything. I WILL NEVER spend my money with this company again. I’d rather eat little Cesar’s . DO NOT ORDER FROM THE NAYLOR ROAD LOCATION. THEY THREW MY OIZZA IN THE BOX ANY KIND OF WAY . THE TOPPINGS FELL OFF AND THE PIZZA WAS BENT AND FLIPPED ALL KINDS OF WAYS. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER MULTIPLE TIME. EVEN CALLED THE NEXT DAY. THERE IS NEVER A MANAGER. GOT YELLED AT AND TOLD TO TAKE THE PIZZA OUT THE TRAAH IF I WANT ANYTHING TO BE DONE.

  I usually do not get delivery from this store. Mostly the one on Alabama Ave. My pizza came and the cheese/toppings were off the pizza . The pizza was some how folded. I called the location to explain. The guy who answered the phone said he wasn’t the manager. Then said he was not the manager when I asked for my money back. He said he only work in the kitchen . He then began to raise his voice. I asked him was he yelling at me because I asked for my money back. He then tried to blame the driver. No , it wasn’t the driver . They just threw the food in the box any kind of way. This was a very unsettling experience.

  I like that fact they sell single slices with combos plus the pepperoni is beef so anyone that doesn't eat pork will love it that they can anything on the menu 💯

  This pizza boils is the worst. They’re drivers try to force you to tip them, they shook my pizza and I order the same thing every time I order from them and they purposely messed up my order. The first issue I had with they’re driver was when he came to my door disrespectfully demanding a tip. I call the store back and asked them not to have him deliver our pizza any more, they agreed. The next time I order from them they messed up my order and the same driver shook my pizza. I called them and they didn’t even want to fix the problem. I will not be ordering from them anymore and I will be calling their corporate office. If you can, order from Alabama Ave their pizza taste better and their workers aren’t mean and nasty.
