  Please, whatever you do, do not order from this location. Not only was the food cold and disgusting, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, after filing a complaint last night because my order was incorrect, I was hung up on twice when I called to resolve the issue. This morning, I checked my bank account and discovered an additional $5 charge had been added to my order. Since I never received a receipt or authorized an extra charge, it appears that someone added a tip after the fact. Despite receiving my food late, cold, and incomplete, the driver never came upstairs to my apartment door, and I was treated rudely when I called. I still have not received a call back from the manager. I will be reporting this to the company’s customer service department, requesting a full refund, disputing the unauthorized charge, and reporting this location to the appropriate health and code enforcement agencies. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will never order from this location again, and I strongly encourage others to avoid it. Let’s band together and report these issues through the proper channels so this location can be held accountable and, if warranted, shut down for good.

  I was really disappointed with my order because it took nearly two hours to arrive, and by the time it got to my door, the pizza was completely cold. The crust was hard and chewy, and it seemed like the toppings were just thrown on in a rush without much care. I tried calling the store to see what happened with my delivery, but I was put on hold for a long time and never got a clear answer. It felt like a waste of money for a meal that wasn't fresh at all. I definitely won't be ordering from this location again when there are so many other better options nearby.

  I had a delivery driver refuse to deliver my order to my door because I didn't tip. He said it was company policy to do so. That was rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service.

  Papa John's Pizza is niceand it is the check cashing place directly next door there is a convenience store right there just as well as the bank there is a gas station directly across the street Fairfax village condominium apartments is right down the hill from it the w4 bus stop is right there as well and it would take you to Congress heights station Justice Willis anacostia station and there's a gas station directly across the street from Papa John's if you need to fill up your vehicle
