  We came here for my best friend's 40th birthday dinner. It was about 27 of us & they were very accommodating. I had the miso glazed sea bass with bok choy & shitake mushrooms, which was delicious. I will definitely come here again, especially for the strawberry cheesecake.

  Atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The steak was the best I’ve had in years. Service was excellent. If you get a chance to have dinner here you will not be disappointed.

  Visited Mortons on Connecticut Ave—upscale yet welcoming, busy but not overwhelming. Staff were attentive, even after a minor hiccup resolved swiftly by Anne Marie. The 10oz Waygu filet was exceptional, worth the splurge. Portions generous, though Uber Eats salads were disappointingly small. Valet parking was a lifesaver, though spots limited. Suggestion: skip delivery for best experience; the patio in warm weather is a nice touch. Amuse bouche added a delightful start.

  Made a reservation for mine and the wife’s 4th anniversary. Showed up and the table was set up special for us without even asking. Our server Ken really made us feel welcome and like family ran us through the menu and gave excellent suggestions. My wife was unsure of a cocktail and Ken made a perfect choice with a Cherry Blossom. Food was excellent and perfect. 10/10 will come back for another special occasion

  We usually have a great experience at Morton’s wherever we are. That was not the case in DC. The waiter suggested a different temperature than ordered, I always get medium rare he suggested medium so we went with it, that’s his job to know the cuts right? When the steak arrived it was very over cooked, not what you want with a Wagu filet, dry and tasteless. They remade it, still way overcooked, medium does not equal cooked throughout. I would have just eaten the first instead of having to wait and eat a less tasty steak alone while all of the sides were cold and my husband was finished with his. The best part was being charged for two not just one. Hello do better Morton’s. We spent $430 for the two of us and you couldn’t even get the bill right or apologize for the error. Hey maybe comp the steak. I wasn’t expecting that, I ordered it and ate it. But charging me twice and the manager or whatever her role is asking do I want another one…no I thought why not go to dinner and not eat. You did nothing to correct the error. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Bad food and poor service. Maybe focus on the whole restaurant it was 9pm on a Saturday, just the loud party plus us and 5 tables. Took at least 20 minutes every time we ordered a drink. As a regular at nice steakhouses I absolutely do not recommend.
