  Amazing food and really lovely service! We’ve been there twice and both pizza and calzone were delicious. It’s a hidden gem, comes highly recommended.

  La meilleure pizza de tout notre voyage au travers des USA. Accueil sympathique, rapide et efficace. Allez-y sans hésiter si vous passez à Washington et que vous commencez à être à saturation des Burgers et French fries 😁

  Nel locale sembra davvero di essere in Italia...la pizza è tipicamente napoletana e molto buona, ci sono tornata due sere di fila. Consigliatissimo!

  As one of DC's shortlist of places that have received Italy's "Vera Pizza Napoletana" certification, you can count on Menomale to have authentic and delicious Neapolitan-style pizza. It has the classic thin, slightly floppy crust with a few nice charred bits. My friend and I visited Menomale for a casual Sunday lunch and split their margherita pizza. We were a bit surprised by how much cheese there was relative to the tomato sauce and basil, but it was quite tasty nonetheless. The space was absolutely beautiful, with tons of natural lighting streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows and lovely wooden furniture creating a refined but not overly formal ambiance. It was shockingly quiet for a Sunday afternoon; we were initially the only group in the space when we first arrived at 1 PM, but two other tables did eventually join us over the course of our 2.5-hour lunch. The service was friendly and quick; our pizza was done within 10 minutes of ordering. They're generally a bit hands-off -- we ended up standing up to get our own olive oil and red pepper flakes, but the condiments were thankfully all visible and easy to grab.
