  Very rude staff, especially the female manager (Rosa), I guess her name was. She needs more training on customer service and problem solving. She's extremely rude.

  I don't like to use the word hate, but I hate this McDonald's, the staff there are rude I barely get anything from McDonald's anymore but when I do I get French fries Large and they act like they can't fill my fries up like it supposed to be, than I have to argue about some damn fries that they don't pay for. Whomever owns this establishment needs to do something fast. The staff there are really really rude, and if McDonald's decides not to listen to their customers than there is nothing ore to say.

  Bathroom is hard to find, located in the corridor behind the very end exit door, no sign for it. The restroom has lock and requires 25 cent quarter to open. After inserting quarters, it is still NOT opening. I do see a few comments regarding the restroom problem, not sure if any workaround there, but it looks necessary to fix or upgrade the restroom locks. The restroom availability is the basic humanistic care, specially near the national park zoo in DC area.
