  I'm speaking about the woman at the 2nd window specifically this morning 5/3 @11:29 am !!! This person always has an attitude, unprofessional and needs to be re-trained. I used to spend about $100.00 a month for breakfast every morning..because her I pick- up my breakfast at the McDonald's at NY ave and 1st street. I truly miss seeing the older lady in the mornings.

  COMPLAINT – McDonald's Washington, D.C. Date: April 14, 2026 From: Anonymous Uber Eats Delivery Driver To Whom It May Concern, I am an Uber Eats delivery driver and I am writing this complaint because I am fed up with the way this McDonald's location in Washington, D.C. treats delivery drivers and their customers. Every time I show up to pick up an order, nobody comes to help me. I literally have to knock on the window just to get someone to acknowledge that I am there. And when they finally do respond, they tell me they are not going to help me or open the door. That is just wrong. Because of this, the food is always cold by the time it reaches the customer. Every single time I drop off an order from this location, the customer complains about their fries being ice cold. That is embarrassing — for McDonald's and for me as a driver. The staff here is rude. Not once or twice — every single time. It feels like they just do not care about doing their job. All I am asking is this — please have someone available to help delivery drivers get their orders quickly. That is it. It is a simple fix that would make a huge difference for everyone. I love doing my job. I just need this location to do theirs. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope something actually changes.   For the first time ever in my life , I came to this location and they don’t have free refills on drinks , when has this ever happened at any Macdonalds location terrible I will never come here again all because of no refills , weather is a bad neighbor hood or not , this a first for me . I would give it a zero stars if I could .
