  Family frightened by scary homeless begging for money at our table. Other homeless/criminals loitering around INSIDE the restaurant, possibly looking for victims. Table tent system was not being used, causing a mix-up (our order number was not called correctly) that left our order cooling off on a shelf for 15 minutes. No one behind the counter seems to care about anything. This location should be shut down.

  Not terrible, but the staff spoke broken English and there was a crazy customer when I came here. She was just screaming and screaming for another fry. It was very strange. Otherwise, everything was pretty standard and normal for a McDonalds in a touristy area.

  There was nothing about this McDs that was anything near 5 stars. First, the employees were no where to be found. The one lady that was calling out orders saw me standing there for good 6 minutes without even a hello. I had to say "ma'am" before she hurried away after she called several names right in front of me just to get the bathroom code. Then she hollered the code super fast as she continued to hurry away. I don't want to even start on the bathroom.. let's just say that the entire floor and toilet were ABSOLUTELY COVERED in human excretion. Once we finally got our food, there wasn't a clean table to sit at. We had to go get napkins that were not already in our To-go bag and wipe the table ourselves. Food was ok, but my appetite had already been lost anyway. I literally soaked my hands and arms in sanitizer when I left.

  This place is NOT 24 hours. We came at 2am like 15 deep and they said on Tuesdays they close until 5am. The guy who explained was nice but that was CRAZY!
