  I ordered one small Razzmatazz smoothie, but I was charged for two. When I questioned why my total was so high, the employee taking my order a young woman who was difficult to understand due to a heavy accent insisted that I had ordered two smoothies. I explained that I only ordered one and that my friend was placing and paying for her own separate order. Despite this, the employee argued with me and stated that it was too late to correct the order because the drinks had already been made. It appeared she assumed that because I was with another person, I wanted to purchase two smoothies. What was most frustrating was not just being overcharged, but the lack of customer service. Instead of listening to my concern and trying to resolve the misunderstanding, I was met with resistance and told there was nothing that could be done. Customers should not be charged for items they did not order based on assumptions made by staff.

  At 7:00 (i.e. 2 hours before closing) on a Sunday they were out of all bowls and… bananas? Which are in almost everything, so didn’t stick around with my starving preschooler to figure out what they *did* have. Seems like a regular occurrence from other reviews.

  These hours should be updated. We arrived 45 minutes prior to the posted closing time and the store was already locked up, with a guy signaling to us that they were no longer open despite hours being advertised as closing at 9pm. This should be reflected accurately especially in a high traffic area

  ¡Este lugar superó mis expectativas! La atención del personal fue excepcional y el ambiente es muy agradable. Tanto el equipo como el servicio hacen que la experiencia sea realmente especial. Disfruté muchísimo mi bowl y mi smoothie; ambos estaban deliciosos y preparados con ingredientes de excelente calidad. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo y al que volvería con mucho gusto.

  I came into this location in June 26,2026 around 11:23 to get an electric BLUE lemonade and it was PURPLE . I asked cashier person(eve) green shirt who took my order why is it purple. The cashier stated our smoothies are purple at this location. I asked her if it was possible to have another smoothie made with only strawberry and lemon. The cashier (eve) took my PURPLE SMOOTHIE and aggressively threw it in the trash. When she threw the smoothie away it splashed on my black shirt. I was dressed for the day and now have to spend money on buying another shirt. Not the best experience. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location unless you want to be yelled at and get your clothing dirty. Thanks a lot pictured below are the stains on my shirt from the smoothie being thrown in the trash by cashier (eve)
