- BBBossiMay 23, 20262.0I absolutely love Hangry Joe's and was excited to move near this, but this location has some major issues: the service is so non-existent I repeatedly ended up walking into the kitchen, wandering into the basement, heading into the back before after 15 minutes finding someone. The food ended up being simultaneously overcooked & undercooked. I ended up just walking into the kitchen to get my own sauce + refills because I never saw the person running the location again.

There was an employee eating when i came in and she was smoking hookah as i waited for my food to be finish. Other than that, this place is underrated and deserves its praise but you guys need to fix Customer Service because that can drive customers away
