    I recently visited and wanted to share my experience. The customer service was great—staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The ice cream itself was also really good, with a nice variety of flavors and great quality. However, there was one issue that really affected my experience. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the shop that resembled sewage. It was noticeable enough that it became distracting and unfortunately made me lose my appetite while trying to enjoy the ice cream. I hope this is something that can be addressed, because aside from that, everything else about the visit was positive.

    I had a very disappointing and honestly concerning experience at a Häagen-Dazs location today. After purchasing smoothies, my 1-year-old son slipped and hit the back of his head, causing a noticeable bump. As any parent would, I immediately tried to get something cold to reduce the swelling. I approached an employee who was filling a container with ice and politely asked if I could have just a few pieces. Before the employee I was speaking to could even respond, another staff member abruptly interrupted and stated that they “don’t give out ice.” I calmly offered to pay for the ice, and she still refused. Trying to find any solution, I then asked if I could at least have a cup of ice water. Again, I was told no—that they only sell bottled water. At this point, my toddler was visibly hurt, and I was simply trying to help him. I then asked if they had a first aid kit, which I assumed would be standard in a business open to the public. Instead of showing concern or even checking, I was met with the same dismissive attitude and no assistance. The lack of empathy and basic human decency in this situation was shocking. Policies aside, this was a small child who had just been injured. Refusing to help in any way—even after I offered to pay—was unnecessary and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training to staff on how to handle situations involving injured customers, especially children. A little compassion goes a long way, and today, there was none.

    I was immediately greeted at the door by Jenny, which is greatly appreciated! The smoothie I ordered was made instantly and tasted amazing! Perfect customer service and experience!
