- TJTodd Johnson2 days ago1.0Waited at the service desk for 10 minutes and nobody ever showed even after another clerk called. Customer service hit or miss and some can be lazy or nasty. I was always taught be good at what you do or do something else.

- IDIVAN DIOGRIKMay 7, 20261.0I just arrived in Washington and decided to buy food in Giant, the store I like very much in Philadelphia. I was on the phone when I entered the store. After taking 5 steps, I was chased, screamed at, and harassed by one of 10 (!!!) security doorkeepers. “YOU CAN'T BRING A SUITCASE INSIDE, AND YOU NEED TO LEAVE IT BY THE DOOR AT YOUR OWN RISK,” repeatedly screamed that lady with a very short temper. The store is literally 2 blocks away from the train station. GIANT, your entire foolish system was created so that homeless people would not steal from you in the price of the comfort of the middle class, who actually pay the salaries of those 10 doormen at the entrance. I will bring my money to Trader Joes and Whole Foods instead. NEVER AGAIN.
