There was a lady working there who was loudly yelling at another customer and had a very nasty attitude the entire time. She was extremely obnoxious and disruptive, which made the environment uncomfortable for everyone inside. Instead of handling situations calmly and professionally, it seemed like there was little to no management or control over the situation. Customers should not have to deal with employees raising their voices and creating unnecessary tension while trying to order food. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

Everything was going well at first and I received my food with no issues. When I went to the counter, everyone seemed busy, and I simply asked for barbecue sauce. Before helping me, the employee — whose name started with an “A” and whose last initial was also “A” — stopped near the grill and complained to one of her coworkers, saying something along the lines of, “He’s gonna ask me for barbecue sauce all the way down there,” in a rude tone. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since I was just politely asking for sauce. On top of that, I watched her eating fries while working in the front area, which I found very unsanitary. Overall, the interaction made the environment feel unwelcoming and poorly managed. I hope this can be addressed so future customers are treated with more respect and professionalism.
